Bring YNAB
into ChatGPT.

Save your settings, then connect the MCP server as a personal plugin.

Use a public HTTPS origin with no path. A LAN HTTP address works for local setup.

  1. Open ChatGPT’s Plugins or custom app settings.
  2. Add the MCP URL. Choose OAuth and dynamic client registration.
  3. Sign in using your dashboard password, then allow the connection.
  4. Install the plugin and select it in a chat.

Labels and availability depend on your ChatGPT account. No OpenAI API key is needed.
